By using the Bot, you accept these terms and agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and ish's Discord Server rules. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information associated with the Bot.
The Bot encompasses both the Support Ticket and Appeal Systems, providing users with a structured way to seek assistance and appeal decisions within the Discord server.
The Bot allows users to create and manage Support Tickets as private Discord channels between a user and ish Staff. Support Staff may include additional users in a Ticket when it is necessary to resolve the issue, coordinate support, or escalate the request. Tickets are assigned to categories to help route requests and organize work, and Support Staff may transfer Tickets between categories when appropriate. The Bot also provides access to ticket transcripts and support resources.
Support Tickets are intended for reporting issues, asking for assistance, and resolving inquiries related to the server.
The Bot allows users to submit appeals regarding decisions made by the server staff or other authorized personnel from an online web interface. Appeals are reviewed by the appropriate staff, and decisions are communicated back to the user through web interface. A list of authorized personnel who may seek out of band information from users is displayed to users within the web interface, ensuring the staff impersonation risk is minimized.
Users are encouraged to provide accurate and complete information when submitting appeals to facilitate a fair review process.
Support Staff may revoke access to create Tickets if a user violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or otherwise disrupts the support process. In serious cases, Support Staff may also remove a user from the Discord server if the user's conduct violates server rules or threatens the safety of the community.
Users are expected to behave respectfully and follow the server's conduct policies when using the support system.
Authorized staff may revoke access to submit appeals if a user violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or otherwise disrupts the appeal process.
The Bot is provided as a convenience for support coordination. We are not liable for losses, damages, or other consequences arising from your use of the Bot.
We may update these terms at any time. The last updated date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.
If we make a material change, we may also announce it in the State Discord server. Continued use of the Bot after updates means you accept the revised terms.
You can find a changelog of recent updates to these terms in the Terms of Service Changelog.
